Rental of our Facilities for Events
If you are interested in renting any of the spaces in our facilities, please contact the church office. We ask that you contact us no later than two weeks in advance from your planned event, by phone at 254-932-6273 or by email at churchoffice@fbcvm.org. You will be required to sign a Facilities Use Agreement. Also, a non-refundable cleaning fee is required, paid directly to the custodian. Below is a list of the fees associated with building rental for birthdays, retirement parties, showers etc. These events will be booked for 4 hour time periods. For more detailed information in regards to using the facilities for a wedding or funeral service, please contact the office.
Rental of Fellowship Hall
Members: $100 clean-up fee
Non-Members: $100 clean-up fee and a $50 rental fee
Rental of the Family Life Center (gym)
Members: $200 clean-up fee
Non-Members: $200 clean-up fee and a $75 rental fee
